Welcome to the Searchanise release notes. We are thrilled to announce the launch of a long-awaited feature — Personalized AI Search! Our team has been working tirelessly to enhance the search experience for your customers, and we believe this addition will revolutionize the way they discover products.
How does Personalized AI Search work?
With Personalized AI Search, the search results customers receive will dynamically adapt to their unique preferences and behaviors. We have implemented advanced artificial intelligence algorithms that take into account customers’ product views, add-to-cart actions, and purchases. This means that the search results they see will be tailored specifically to customers’ interests, making it easier and more efficient to find the products they love.
How can I activate Personalized AI Search?
Personalized AI search will start working automatically if the Personalization setting is enabled in your app control panel. If the setting was disabled, you can turn it on in the control panel, tab Preferences:

When setting up the feature, please note that merchandising rules have a higher priority than Personalization.
