Affiliate Program Policies

The following policy applies to Searchanise’s affiliate program and includes rules, recommendations, and useful information to promote Searchanise apps among e-commerce stores.

Searchanise reserves the right to update and modify the current policy without prior notification. Affiliates may access the current rules on the affiliates dashboard in the assets section:

All promoters or affiliates should register at https://searchanise.io/affiliate-program/ and provide all the required data listed in the registration form.

Affiliates can submit both referred leads and customers to their Affiliate account.

- Lead: A potential subscriber who has installed Searchanise Search & Filter (trial) but has not yet subscribed.
- Customer: A сlient with a subscribed (paid) e-store.

Please ensure that these referrals are genuine, indicating that you have referred Searchanise Search & Filter to them, and continue to provide support and monitor their e-stores.

Commission rates are calculated based on the date of the affiliate’s registration and the customer’s lifecycle. Affiliates registered after June 2, 2022, get 100% commission from the first monthly payment and 30% commission from the recurring monthly payments from a new customer. If a customer purchases an annual plan, an affiliate gets a 15% commission for each yearly payment. For the affiliates registered before June 2022 individual commission rates may be applied. To specify the exact commission size, affiliates can contact Searchanise at partners@searchanise.io.

In case of special offers or promotions, special rates, discounts, and commission rates can be applied to promoters and their referral customers. Searchanise’s partnership manager can modify the commission rate or special offers for referral customers at his discretion.

1. To register referral sales properly and get a commission, an affiliate should use the affiliate link that can be found in the affiliate account at https://affiliates.searchanise.io/home
2. A lead should use affiliate links to purchase Searchanise subscriptions. You can also provide your customers with your personal referral code. You can find it here:

4. Manual linking of referrals and affiliates can be conducted by the Searchanise partnership manager before and after a purchase is made. An affiliate should contact the Partnership Manager at partners@searchanise.io.
5. In case an affiliate wants to claim a sale and resulting commission, but no referral sale was registered by FirstPromoter and Searchanise, an affiliate should provide evidence of the referral sale - such as screenshots.
6. After a potential customer clicks on the referral link on your site, blog post or other web resource, including email, a purchase of a subscription should happen during a single web session. The single web session begins when a customer clicks on the referral link and ends when one of the following things occur:

(a) 24 hours elapse after the click;

(b) the customer purchases one of the subscription plans.

The referral tracking will not occur if:

(a) a lead followed the referral link in one browser, and then went to the admin panel of the Searchanise app in another browser;

(b) a lead followed the referral link and cleared cookies;

(c) a lead followed the referral link but 3-party cookies are blocked in his browser settings.

1. Payouts are conducted either manually by the Partnership Manager or automatically. Both payout ways involve First Promoter tools and are conducted through a PayPal account.
2. For the accumulated commission before the transition to the First Promoter service platform, an affiliate should email the Partnerships Manager via partners@searchanise.io and claim a manual payout.
3. Payout methods include PayPal only, with min. payout of $100.
4. Please note that self-referrals are not eligible, and to qualify, you must refer a minimum of two paying customers.
5. Searchanise applies the “Net-30” or “30 days later” approach to generate payouts. It means that all commissions generated in the previous month will be paid on the 30th day of the following month. For example, if a purchase was made in March, the commission will be paid no earlier than April 30.

The payouts won't be generated if:

(a) the unpaid balance for the affiliate on the respective campaign (excluding the amount that is already assigned on pending/unpaid payouts from previous cycles) is lower than $100

(b) the affiliate had NO payout method selected on the date when payouts were generated. If an affiliate adds the payout method after the payout date, the payout will be generated next month as usual on the next cycle.

(c ) In the event of self-referrals

(d) If the affiliate referred fewer than two paying customers.

Payouts can be generated manually by the Searchanise Partnerships Manager, the terms and conditions can vary depending on the reason why the affiliate needs a manual payout. Please contact partners@searchanise.io to request a manual payout.

1. Searchanise can block an affiliate/promoter if they break the affiliate terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity. After banning a promoter, tracking any traffic they send to a referral link will be suspended.
2. In the case of banning a promoter, Searchanise will either stop tracking everything, including recurring commissions from already referred customers, or remove the promoter from a campaign which will stop the tracking of new clicks and customers, but the recurring commissions will continue as usual. The final decision is made by the Partnerships Manager.
3. Searchanise reserves the right to block affiliates who engage in self-referrals. If there are any controversial issues regarding self-referrals, the Partnerships Manager may request evidence to verify that the store for which the affiliate receives a commission does not belong to them. In such cases, the Partnerships Manager will independently decide whether to block the affiliate.
