The new Product Performance tab complements product-level analytics by combining the Products Clicked and Products Bought reports into a single view. It shows key metrics — clicks, purchases, revenue, and conversion rate — grouped by product instead of search queries, making it easy to see which products your search performs best for.
- Clicks – total number of times the product was clicked from search results
- Clicks in ISW – clicks specifically from the Instant Search widget
- CTR (Click-through rate) – how often users click on this product after seeing it in search results (Clicks ÷ Impressions)
- Products Bought – how many times the product was purchased after being found via search
- Revenue – total income generated by the product via search
- CR (Conversion rate) – how often a click on this product leads to a purchase (Orders ÷ Clicks)
